"I have worked in electrical engineering and renewable energy R&D for many years and could now retire and sit back. However, working with the Open Hydro team to develop and commercialise this new technology is the most exciting and promising project I have ever taken part in so I am reluctant to retire so long as I can make a contribution. I am proud to be associated with this group of high-calibre engineers who are a pleasure to work with."
Professor Ed Spooner,
Electrical Engineer
"One of the most important things to me when assessing a job prospect is the ability of the employer to demonstrate mutual respect between them and their employees. During the recruitment process this was clearly evident, and more so since I began working at OpenHydro, they value their staff as their most important assets."
Darren Hayes,

"OpenHydro supported my return to part time third level education. It was a challenge at times juggling work and lectures, but my role within the company and the experience I gained within my job were highly relevant to my studies and helped me to focus. Now I can say I have a degree in my back pocket that will always stand to me. Something I genuinely dont think I would have achieved with the same level of ease had I not been working for this company."
